André is currently pursuing the UEFA Pro Licence and holds a BSc in Sport Science and Coaching in Football from the University of Hull, where he researched professional players' perceptions of their coaches' behaviors. He also completed a Master’s in High-Performance Football at the MBP School of Coaches in Barcelona, focusing on the game as a discipline that integrates tactical, technical, physical, and psychological aspects.

 

He is the co-founder of Traainer, a company dedicated to developing individual talent and unlocking players' full potential through strategic, holistic, and multidisciplinary preparation. Additionally, he co-founded NxtEra Football in Malta, a football academy that provides elite foundation-phase coaching to help the next generation of athletes reach their full potential.
